摘要
目的探究基于快速康复理念(ERAS)的中医适宜技术在妇科腹腔镜围手术期管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年6月至2022年6月在无锡市中医医院妇科行腹腔镜手术的60例住院患者的诊疗情况,按围手术期管理手段的不同分为对照组(30例)、研究组(30例)。对照组患者给予常规管理护理模式,研究组患者给予基于ERAS的中医适宜技术护理模式。比较两组患者术后恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果研究组患者的肛门排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,对护理的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ERAS的中医适宜技术在妇科腹腔镜围手术期管理中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine appropriate technology based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative management of gynecological laparoscopy.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the diagnosis and treatment of 60 inpatients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology of Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022.According to the different management methods during the perioperative period,they were divided into the control group(30 patients)and the study group(30 patients).The control group was given the conventional management nursing mode,and the study group was given the Chinese medicine appropriate technology based on ERAS.The recovery time,hospitalization time,the incidence of complications,and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The anal exhaust time,defecation time,time to get out of bed,and hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the overall incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine appropriate technology based on ERAS in the perioperative management of gynecological laparoscopy has remarkable effect and is worthy o f clinical promotion and application.
