摘要
目的讨论系统护理应用于重度子痫前期护理中的意义。方法选取曹县人民医院儿童保健科2021年3月至2022年4月收治的78例重度子痫前期患者为研究对象,根据奇偶分组法分为参照组、试验组,两组均为39例。参照组采用常规护理模式,试验组采用系统护理,评价两组护理效果。结果试验组护理后血压指标、并发症与不良母婴结局总发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度子痫前期护理中实施系统护理模式,能够下调患者血压水平,降低并发症发生率,对改善母婴结局作用显著。
Objective To discuss the significance of systemic nursing applied in the care of severe preeclampsia.Methods A total of 78 patients with severe preeclampsia who were admitted to the Child Health Care Department of Caoxian People’s Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected for the study.According to the oddeven grouping method,they were divided into the reference group and the test group,and both groups consisted of 39 cases.The reference group chose the conventional care model,and the test group used systematic nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The blood pressure indexes,total incidence of complications and adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the test group were lower than those in the reference group after care,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic nursing model in the care of severe preeclampsia can downregulate patients’blood pressure levels,reduce their complication rate,and have a significant effect on improving maternal and infant outc omes.
