摘要
目的研究外科药师参与的多学科管理模式对围术期化疗相关性恶心呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV)发生情况及化疗依从性的影响。方法138例就诊于广州医科大学附属第二医院接受围术期化疗的患者,根据是否进行CINV多学科管理分为干预组和对照组,比较两组患者化疗全程期CINV发生情况及化疗依从性的差异。结果138例患者中,干预组72例,对照组66例,干预组的CINV发生率明显低于对照组(恶心发生率51.4%vs 78.8%,P<0.001;呕吐发生率2.8%vs 19.7%,P=0.002),CINV严重程度明显低于对照组(P<0.001),化疗依从性明显高于对照组(98.6%vs 89.4%,P<0.001)。结论外科药师参与的多学科管理模式可显著降低围术期CINV的发生率,并显著提高患者化疗依从性。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the intervention of a multidisciplinary management model involving surgical pharmacists,focusing on the incidence of perioperative chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)as well as chemotherapy compliance.METHODS A total of 138 patients who were received perioperative chemotherapy at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were enrolled in this study.Patients were divided into intervention and control groups according to whether they were managed by a multidisciplinary team or not.The differences in CINV incidence and chemotherapy compliance between the two groups were compared in the overall phases.RESULTS Of the 138 patients,72 patients were enrolled in the intervention group and 66 patients were enrolled in the control group.The incidence of nausea and vomiting were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control group(nausea:51.4%vs.78.8%,P<0.001,vomiting:2.8%vs 19.7%,P=0.002).The severity of CINV was significantly milder in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.001)and chemotherapy compliance in the intervention group was significantly higher than in the control group(98.6%vs 89.4%,P<0.001).CONCLUSION A multidisciplinary management model involving surgical pharmacists can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative CINV in patients and improve patients'chemotherapy compliance.
