摘要
煤矸石、粉煤灰等煤基固废中含有较高含量的SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3),可通过机械研磨、高温焙烧、碱熔活化等方法将其中的莫来石晶相、石英晶相以及玻璃体等稳定结构转化为具有活性的硅源和铝源,进而制备出具有高附加值的分子筛材料。主要概述了国内外利用粉煤灰、煤矸石等煤基固废合成沸石分子筛材料的研究进展,对比了我国不同地区出产的煤矸石和粉煤灰的化学成分,总结了原料的预处理方法,概述了一些利用煤矸石和粉煤灰合成分子筛的方法和思路。最后总结了目前煤基固废制备沸石分子筛存在的问题,并展望了该领域未来的发展方向。
Coal-based solid waste such as coal gangue and fly ash contains high content of SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3).The stable structures such as mullite crystal phase,quartz crystal phase and vitreous structure can be transformed into active silicon source and aluminum source by means of mechanical grinding,high-temperature calcination and alkali fusion activation,so as to prepare molecular sieve materials with high added value.The research progress at home and abroad in synthesizing zeolite molecular sieve materials from coal based solid waste such as coal gangue and coal gangue is summarized.The chemical compositions of coal gangue and fly ash produced in different areas of China are compared,the pretreatment methods for raw materials are summarized,and some methods and ideas for synthesizing zeolite materials from coal gangue and fly ash are introduced.Finally,the problems in the preparation of zeolite from coal based solid waste are summarized and the further development direction of this field is presented.
