摘要
PVDF接头是电力设备冷却管路的重要连接件,其密封可靠性至关重要。简述了PVDF接头的组成和密封失效形式,开展了接头的O型圈密封设计及喉箍密封可靠性研究,并结合水压试验验证了PVDF接头的密封可靠性。研究表明,采用该方法设计、校核后的O型圈密封具有较好的自封效果和密封可靠性;此外,喉箍密封可靠性取决于FEP管与PVDF接头的配合公差及PVDF接头螺帽的紧固工艺,应控制FEP管外径公差在±0.05mm内,壁厚公差在0~0.1mm,PVDF接头螺帽紧固宜采用圈数和扭矩相结合的工艺。
PVDF joint is an important connection for cooling lines of electric power equipment,and its sealing reliability is very important.The composition and sealing failure modes of the PVDF joints are introduced.The O ring sealing design and the throat hoop sealing reliability of the joints are studied.The sealing reliability of the PVDF joints is verified by the water pressure test.The results show that the O ring seal designed and checked by this method has good self-sealing effect and sealing reliability.In addition,the reliability of the hose seal depends on the matching tolerance of the FEP pipe and the PVDF joint and the fastening process of the PVDF joint nut,and the outer diameter tolerance of the FEP pipe should be controlled within±0.05 mm,and the wall thickness tolerance should be 0~0.1 mm.The process of combining the number of turns and torque should be adopted for the fastening of PVDF joint nuts.
