摘要
文章讨论了特高压输电线路跨越通航河流时通航净空高度和宽度的规程要求,结合电力、航运不同行业的要求,系统总结通航净空高度和宽度的计算方法,并以工程实例详细分析特高压输电线路跨越长江上游的净空尺度。经分析,特高压线路的跨江处净空高不小于37.5 m,拟建跨江高压线路的档距大于1090 m,满足长江上游通航净宽的要求。
The regulatory requirement of navigable clearance height and clearance width is discussed for UHV transmission line crossing navigable river.The calculation method of navigable clearance height and clearance width is introduced,according to the requirement of power and shipping industries.The clearance scale of the navigable river for the UHV transmission line is analyzed in detail with an engineering example.Analysis results show that the clearance height of the UHV transmission line crossing the river is not less than 37.5 meters.The span of the proposed UHV transmission line is greater than 1090 meters,which can meet the requirements of the net navigable width in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
