摘要
针对高海拨地区生物质颗粒燃烧强度普遍下降的现象,利用一台民用生物质颗粒炉,采用烟气再循环方法,系统研究了低氧浓度环境下生物质炉的炊事性能与炉内燃烧特性。结果表明:在16%氧气浓度环境下,生物质炉的炊事性能下降明显,对比总氧量相同的空气环境下,炊事效率下降超过10%,炊事火力强度下降超过30%;对于炉内温度分布和烟气分布的测量表明,在16%氧气浓度条件下,对比总氧量相同的空气环境,其炉内温度、CO浓度、NO_(x)浓度均下降。
In view of the general decline of biomass particle combustion intensity in high sea areas,this paper systematically studied the cooking performance and pollutant emission characteristics of biomass furnace in low oxygen concentration environment by using flue gas recirculation method on a civil biomass particle furnace.The results show that the cooking performance of biomass furnace decreases obviously under 16%oxygen concentration environment.Compared with the air environment with the same air supply volume and the same total oxygen,the cooking efficiency decreases by more than 10%and the cooking fire intensity decreases by more than 30%.The measurement of temperature distribution and flue gas distribution in the furnace shows that under the condition of 16%oxygen concentration,the temperature,CO concentration and NO^(x)concentration in the furnace decrease.
