遂宁市污染源现状和变化趋势研究

摘要 为掌握遂宁市污染源状况,对2021年污染源信息进行了调查,对外排废水、废气和固体废物进行了统计和汇总,分析了“十三五”期间污染物排放变化趋势,采用等标污染负荷法(ESPLM)对污染源进行了评价。结果表明:2021年,废水排放总量前三位是化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、氨氮和总磷,废气排放总量前3位是二氧化硫、氮氧化物和烟(粉)尘。总磷和氮氧化物等标污染负荷最高,分别为废水和废气首要污染物。“十三五”期间各类污染物排放逐年减少,固体废物全部进行了综合利用和合理化处置,环境质量逐年改善。针对存在的问题,提出了建议:对三废采取资源化利用、循环利用方式和提高原料质量和标准等措施,以期为遂宁市经济高质量发展的同时改善环境质量提供理论参考。 In order to master the situation of pollution sources in Suining City,the pollution source information was investigated in 2021.The discharge of waste water,waste gas and solid waste were summarized.The trend of pollutant emissions during the"13th Five-Year"was analyzed.Equivalent standard pollution load method(ESPLM)was applied to assess the sewage resource.The results show that chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr)),ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were the top three of total amount of pollutants in waste water.Sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and dust were the top three of total amount of pollutants in waste gas in 2021.Total phosphorus and nitrogen oxides had the highest ESPLM and became the primary pollutants of wastewater and waste gas respectively.The discharge of various pollutants had decreased year by year and all solid wastes had been comprehensively utilized and rationally disposed.The environmental quality had improved year by year during the"13th Five-Year".It is recommended to adopt resource-based utilization,circular use of recycling,and improve the quality and standards of raw materials for existing problems,in order to provide theoretical reference for the high-quality development of Suining City while improving environmental quality.
