摘要
目的了解医务人员及医学生参与医学科普的现状,为提高医学科普质量并服务大众提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查法调查华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院皮肤科及湖北省皮肤科专科联盟单位医务人员及医学生共计94人,进行统计学分析并得出结论。结果医务人员及医学生参与医学科普的意愿很高,98.94%的受试者认为医学科普很重要且87.23%的受试者愿意参与科普工作,但实际参与度不高。44.68%的受试者从不花费时间学习相关知识,72.34%的调查对象每月从不关注科普相关信息。临床工作或学业繁重(75.53%)以及自身能力不足(71.28%)是其主要限制因素。在对科普的建议中,80.85%的受试者提倡线上培训与学习,并认为应该与专业科普人员联合开展科普(88.64%)。70.45%的受试者认为应在医学院校开设相关选修课程,提升科普后备力量的科普创作能力。结论尽管绝大多数医务人员及医学生认为科普很重要且愿意投身科普工作,但多种因素阻碍了其实际行动。
Objective To investigating and analyze the current participation status of medical staff and students in medical popularization activities,and try to provide theoretical guidance for improving the quality of medical popularization work and provide the public better service.Methods A questionnaire was designed and conducted among 94 medical servants and students from the Dermatology Department of Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,and the Hubei Provincial Dermatology Specialized Alliance.Statistical analysis was performed to draw conclusions.Results The intentions of participating in medical popularization activities of medical servants and students is very high,with 98.94%of the subjects considering medical popularization to be very important and 87.23%of the subjects willing to participate in a popularization work.However,the actual participation rate is not high,44.68%of the subjects spend no time learning related knowledge,and 72.34%of the subjects pay no attention to popularization-related information every month.The main factors are busy clinical work or heavy academic workload(75.53%)and lack of personal ability(71.28%).For the suggestions on popularization work,80.85%of the subjects advocate online training and learning,and most subjects(88.64%)suggest that we should cooperate with professional popularization personnel to carry out popularization work.70.45%of the subjects suggest that relevant courses should be offered in medical schools to improve the popularization innovation ability of medical students.Conclusion Although most medical servants and medical students believe that medical popularization is very important and are willing to participate in related work,various factors stand in the way of action.
