数字化解剖与虚拟手术仿真系统在骨科PBL教学中的应用及效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨运用数字化解剖与虚拟手术仿真系统结合以问题为基础的学习模式(problem-based learning,PBL)在骨科临床见习教学中的应用成效。方法以2020年9月-2022年6月在湘潭市中心医院临床见习的某重点大学医学院两个临床医学四年级班级共125名见习生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组65人,对照组60人,实验组采用数字化解剖与虚拟手术仿真系统结合PBL开展临床见习教学,对照组为常规临床见习教学。采用问卷调查、科内考核、期末考试进行效果评估。结果实验组见习生对教师的临床教学质量评估总分为(88.10±8.10)分,显著优于对照组的(78.25±8.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中在教学组织、授课内容、教学方法的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组科内理论考试成绩优秀率为58.5%,对照组为18.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组科内技能考试优秀率为43.1%,对照组优良率为23.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组期末考试成绩正确率为85.6%,对照组正确率为56.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用数字化解剖与虚拟手术仿真系统结合PBL开展骨科见习教学能够明显提高临床见习教学质量并取得了良好的带教效果,值得在骨科及外科见习教学中推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of digital anatomy and virtual surgery simulation system combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in orthopedic clinical probation teaching.Methods A total of 125 interns from two fourth grade classes of clinical medicine in a key university medical college who were on clinical probation in Xiangtan Central Hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.65 students in the experimental group and 60 students in the control group.The experimental group used digital anatomy and virtual surgery simulation system combined with PBL to carry out clinical probation teaching,and the control group was routine clinical probation teaching.Questionnaire survey,graduation examination and final examination were used to evaluate the effect.Results The total score of clinical teaching quality evaluation of the experimental group was(88.10±8.10),which was significantly better than that of the control group(78.25±8.45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the scores of teaching organization,teaching content and teaching methods were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of graduation theory examination in the experimental group was 58.5%,and that in the control group was 18.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The excellent rate of skill examination in the experimental group was 43.1%,and that in the control group was 23.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The correct rate of the final examination results in the experimental group was 85.6%,and that in the control group was 56.7%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using digital anatomy and virtual surgery simulation system combined with PBL to carry out orthopedic internship teaching can significantly improve the quality of clinical internship teaching and achieve a good teaching effect,which is worth popula
