摘要
新时代红医精神的内涵主要包括对中国共产党的绝对忠诚;对患者极端负责,对技术精益求精;全心全意为患者健康服务;勇于创新,敢为人先四个方面。当前,将红医精神融入高校思政课是落实党的二十大精神进教材、进课堂、进头脑的必然要求,是践行社会主义核心价值观的必然要求,是医学院校思政课创新发展的必然要求,是全面推进健康中国建设的必然要求。当前,医学院校在将红医精神融入思政课中存在着融入内容相对薄弱、融入方法相对简单、融入机制不健全等问题。这就需要医学院校思政教师夯实理论根基,拓展教学内容;丰富教学方法,提高教学实效性;健全体制机制,汇聚育人合力。
The connotation of the red doctor's spirit in the new era mainly includes absolute loyalty to the Communist Party of China,extreme responsibility to patients and improvement of technology,wholeheartedly serving the health of patients,courage to innovate,dare to be a man first four aspects.At present,it is necessary to integrate the red doctor's spirit into the ideological and political course in colleges and universities to implement the serial speech spirit,to practice the socialist core values,and to innovate and develop the ideological and political course in medical colleges and universities,it is an inevitable requirement to promote the construction of a healthy China in an all-round way.At present,there are some problems in the integration of the red medicine spirit into the ideological and political course in medical colleges,such as relatively weak integration content,relatively simple integration method and imperfect integration mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary for ideological and political teachers in medical colleges to tamping the theoretical foundation,expanding the teaching content,enriching the teaching methods,improving the actual effect of teaching,perfecting the system and mechanism,stimulating the resultant force of education.
