摘要 为了提高梳棉机锡林转速并减小对其组成机件及工艺参数的影响,在PTC Creo 5.0和ANSYS Work bench 2020 R1平台上进行锡林结构设计建模;在锡林转子系统结构设计时,通过不同材质和结构参数的锡林筒体计算模型,对比锡林质量、提出锡林筒体制造要求;通过建立锡林结构的离散化有限元模型,计算锡林转子系统的临界转速、在针布包卷张力下的变形,以及在针布包卷张力与运转离心惯性力联合作用下的变形。分析计算结果表明:设计的13个可供应用的锡林转子系统,在给定的工作转速下,其工作转速远远小于第一阶临界转速,处于刚性或准刚性转子运行状态;在针布包卷张力和运转离心惯性力联合作用下,锡林筒体的径向最大变形小于0.06 mm;锡林在包卷张力和离心惯性力作用下的应力均小于许用应力;铝合金锡林和纤维缠绕复合成型锡林轻质高效,是高产高速梳棉机的较好选择;应根据锡林的性能、成本要求,确定其设计方案、材料组合和加工制造方法。 In order to improve the cylinder speed of carding machine and reduce the influence on its components and process parameters,the cylinder structure is designed and modeled on PTC Creo 5.0 and ANSYS Work bench 2020 R1.In the structure design of the cylinder rotor system,through the calculation model of the cylinder body with different materials and structural parameters,the quality of cylinder are compared and the manufacturing requirements of cylinder body are put forward.A discrete finite element model is established to calculate the critical speed of the cylinder rotor system,the deformation under binding tension,and the deformation under the combined action of the binding tension and the centrifugal inertia force of card clothing.The analysis and calculation results show that the working speed of the designed 13 applicable cylinder rotor systems is far less than the first critical speed under the given working speed,and they are in rigid or quasi-rigid rotor operation state.The maximum radial deformation of the cylinder is less than 0.06 mm under the combined action of the binding tension and the centrifugal inertia force.The stress under the binding tension and centrifugal inertia force is less than the allowable stress.Aluminum alloy cylinder and fiber winding composite forming cylinder are light and efficient,and they are good choice for high-yield and high-speed carding machine.The design scheme,material combination and processing and manufacturing method should be determined according to the performance and cost requirements of cylinder.
