摘要
某油田放空天然气中重烃类含量高,产生的胶质、积炭在放空管线末端集聚导致长明灯管线末端堵塞,为保证火炬不熄灭天然气放空量约为2万m^(3)/d。为真正实现绿色,低碳开发,某油田积极探索,多措并举,通过高空点火管线代替长明灯管线,射流装置工况优化以及流程排查等一系列举措,成功将天然气放空量大幅降低,解决火炬灰度大的问题,为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,加快推动公司绿色低碳转型发展做出了重要尝试。
The content of heavy hydrocarbons in the vented natural gas is high in an oilfield,resulting in the gelatinous and carbon accumulation at the end of the vented pipeline,which leads to the blockage of the end of the Changming lamp pipeline.In order to ensure that the torch does not go out,the amount of natural gas venting is about 20,000 square meters per day.To truly achieve green and low-carbon development,the oilfield actively explored and took many measures simultaneously.Through a series of measures such as high-altitude ignition pipeline instead of long lamp pipeline,jet device condition optimization and process investigation,the natural gas venting volume has been greatly reduced and the problem of large torch grayscale has been solved.It has made an important attempt to achieve“carbon peak,carbon neutral”goal and to accelerate the company’s green and low-carbon transformation development.
