动物细胞培养技术在新型冠状病毒疫苗研发中的应用

摘要 目前,大部分病毒疫苗的生产都需要借助细胞培养的方式来实现,通过动物细胞大规模培养已实现商业化的疫苗有口蹄疫、狂犬病、乙型肝炎疫苗等。自新型冠状病毒爆发以来,世界各国加快了其疫苗的生产。本文对我国已投入市场的灭活疫苗、病毒载体疫苗以及重组蛋白疫苗生产过程中用到的细胞培养技术进行分析,探讨细胞培养技术在新型冠状病毒疫苗研发中的应用。
