摘要
深井超深井由于受井身结构限制,上部裸眼井段超长且井眼尺寸大,为钻井过程中井眼的清洁带来较大困扰,目前主要采取的措施为提高排量、适当提高钻井液黏切、重浆举砂、稠浆携砂等。但当钻井液密度较高时,这些措施在现场难以实施。以蓬深X井333.4 mm大尺寸井段为例,从钻井液循环排量、动切力、表观黏度、井径扩大率等方面对岩屑颗粒传输比进行计算,分析影响大尺寸井眼清洁的主要因素,结果表明:在钻井液密度2.20 g/cm^(3)下,排量提高和井眼扩大对井眼清洁的影响不明显,但钻井液的动切力降低将直接导致井眼清洁程度的降低。对该构造2口井现场钻井施工与钻井液性能参数调控进行了指导,取得了显著效果。
Due to the limitation of the well structure,the upper open hole section of the deep and ultra-deep well is too long and the hole size is too large,which brings great trouble to the hole cleaning during the drilling process.At present,the main measures taken are to increase the displacement,properly improve the viscosity of the drilling fl uid,lift sand with heavy slurry,and carry sand with heavy slurry.However,when the density of drilling fl uid is high,these measures are diffi cult to implement on site.Taking the 333.4 mm large-size well section of Pengshen X well as an example,this paper calculates the cuttings particle transfer ratio from the aspects of drilling fl uid circulating displacement,dynamic shear force,apparent viscosity,hole diameter expansion rate,and analyzes the main factors aff ecting the large-size hole cleaning.The results show that the increase of displacement and hole expansion have no obvious impact on the hole cleaning at the drilling fl uid density of 2.20 g/cm^(3),However,the reduction of the dynamic shear force of the drilling fl uid will directly lead to the reduction of the hole cleanliness.It has guided the fi eld drilling operation and the control of drilling fluid performance parameters for 2 wells in this structure,and has achieved remarkable results.
