摘要
随着驱油用剂市场竞争日益激烈,加之原辅料等各项成本和人工成本的上升,磺酸盐产品利润逐步下降,需要对装置的节能潜力进行挖掘。通过磺酸盐装置磺化单元三氧化硫制备系统中余热利用情况分析发现,该系统存在较大的节能潜力,除将转化塔冷却后的热风用于空气干燥系统中的硅胶干燥器吸附与再生外,还可进一步优化利用,与水换热生成蒸汽,并入装置蒸汽管网,节约蒸汽消耗,达到热能优化和综合利用的目的。
With the increasingly fi erce market competition,and the increase of raw materials and labor costs,the profi t of sulfonate products is gradually declining,so the energy saving potential of the device needs to be explored.Through the analysis of waste heat utilization in the sulfonation unit of sulfur trioxide preparation system,this paper found that the system has great energy saving potential.In addition to the hot air cooled by the conversion tower for silica gel dryer adsorption and regeneration in the air drying system,the utilization can be further optimized,the steam generation with water heat exchange,and incorporated into the steam pipe network,saving steam consumption,and achieve the purpose of heat energy optimization and comprehensive utilization.
