摘要
在文献梳理、质性访谈、问卷调查的基础上,综合运用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析等多种统计方法,剔除相关度较低的测量项目,开发了一个包含3个维度(自然、清静、无为),共9个题项的道本管理思维测量量表,并通过构建“道本管理思维→主动性行为→工作绩效”模型,进一步检验所开发量表的效用,为后续研究提供结构清晰的测量工具。
On the basis of literature review,qualitative interview and questionnaire survey,we comprehensively use exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and other statistical methods,eliminate the measurement items with low correlation,and develop a measurement scale of Tao-based management thinking.The scale includes three dimensions,namely nature,tranquility and inaction and a total of nine items.Through a model of"Tao-oriented management thinking→proactive behavior→work performance",we test the utility of the scale and provide a structured measurement tool for subsequent research.
