摘要
2022年是“东数西算”工程的开局之年,拉开了我国国土空间数据资源跨区域统筹布局的帷幕。文章依托“东数西算”的发展理念、设施设备基础、算力枢纽网络等内容,从公共文化数据治理、公共文化数据质量、公共文化数据中心构建和风险预防控制四个方面考量,以期有效管理公共文化在长期生产、服务、治理实践中产生的海量数据,充分发挥其社会和经济双重功用价值。
The year 2022 is the first year of“East Data and West Arithmetic”project,which opens the curtain of the cross-regional overall layout of China’s territorial space data resources.Relying on the development concept,infrastructure,and calculate hub of“East Data and West Arithmetic”,the article concerns from the management,quality,center construction,and risk prevention of public cultural data,in order to effectively manage the massive data of public culture in long-term production,service,and management practice,giving full play to its dual function value of society and economy.
