摘要
油田集输系统硫化氢的聚集在带来安全隐患的同时,注水系统水质恶化也会引起管线设备的腐蚀穿孔,增加水处理负担。针对华北油田某联合站,从单井到联合站集输和注水系统,开展了硫化氢分布特点和硫酸盐还原菌等关联影响的研究。研究表明,在厌氧条件下,硫酸盐还原菌在硫酸盐环境中代谢产生的S2-进而形成硫化氢,是水区形成硫化氢的主要因素。依据硫酸盐还原菌与硫化氢的关联关系,开展了反硝化细菌的除硫抑菌剂配方体系研究,当菌剂浓度为0.2%、抑制剂投加浓度为100mg/L时,水中硫化物含量及硫化氢浓度明显下降。现场试验表明,加药一周后水中硫化物含量和硫化氢浓度快速下降,当抑制剂投加浓度提高至200mg/L时,脱硫效率大幅提高,水质得到明显改善,消除了安全隐患。
While the accumulation of hydrogen sulfide in the oilfield gathering and transportation system brings potential safety hazards,the accompanying deterioration of water quality in the water injection system also causes corrosion perforation of pipeline equipment and increases the burden of water treatment.For a multi-purpose station in Huabei Oilfield,the research on the distribution characteristics of hydrogen sulfide and the related effects such as sulfate-reducing bacteria is carried out from a single well to the gathering and water injection system of a multi-purpose station.The research shows that under anaerobic conditions,S2-produced by sulfate-reducing bacteria metabolized in sulfate environment and then formed hydrogen sulfide,which is the main factor for the formation of hydrogen sulfide in the water area.According to the correlation between sulfate-reducing bacteria and hydrogen sulfide,the formulation system of sulfur removal bacteriostatic agent for denitrifying bacteria is studied.When the concentration of bacteriostatic agent is 0.2%and the inhibitor dosage is 100 mg/L,the sulfide content and hydrogen sulfide concentration in water decrease significantly.The field test shows that the sulfide content and hydrogen sulfide concentration in water decrease rapidly after one week of dosing.When the inhibitor dosage is increased to 200 mg/L,the desulfurization efficiency is greatly improved,the water quality is significantly improved,and the potential safety hazard is eliminated.
