摘要
乳酸化修饰(lactylation)是近年来新发现的蛋白质翻译后修饰,是乳酰基与蛋白质赖氨酸残基共价偶联,从而促进基因调控的一种蛋白质修饰方式,因此也被称为赖氨酸乳酸化(Kla)或乳酸化。早在数年前就有研究者发现了蛋白质的乳酰基替代。1980年,Reuter等[1]从马颌下腺中鉴定出4-O-乙酰基-9-O-乳酰基-N-乙酰神经氨酸。
Lactylation is a recently discovered post-translational modification occurring on histone and non-histone proteins.Lactylation is affected by the concentration of lactate,neural excitation,gene expression,herbal ingredients and other factors.It was dynamically regulated by enzymes and this modification is reversible and time-dependent.Crosstalks existed between lactylation and other protein post-translational modifications.However,the research of lactylation modification is still in a preliminary stage.This paper reviews the research progress in the regulation of lactylation,to provide reference for the future researches.
