乙烯装置急冷油除焦系统设计方案

摘要 回顾了乙烯装置急冷区急冷油中焦粒的去除,国内近30年来设计方案的变化历程;分析了各个阶段设计方案的优缺点。着重叙述了目前阶段采用自动刮刀过滤系统结合旋液分离过滤系统的除焦系统方案,可高效分离出急冷油中焦粒,具有显著的优势。详细阐述了其系统组成、结构特点和设计思路,并分析了系统的工作原理和技术特点。 This paper reviews the removal of coke particles from quench oil in the quench zone of ethylene plant and the changes in the design schemes in China over the past 30 years,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the design schemes at each stage.The current design scheme of decoking system,which combines automatic scraper filtration system with cyclone separation filtration system,is emphatically described.It can efficiently separate coke particles from quench oil and has remarkable advantages.Its system composition,structural characteristics and design ideas are expounded in detail,and its working principle and technical characteristics are analyzed.
