摘要
目的 系统评价老年人社会衰弱发生率及其影响因素。方法 计算机检索Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、PubMed、CINAHL、知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,搜集老年人社会衰弱发生率及其影响因素的相关文献,检索时间为建库至2021年11月。采用Stata 14.0软件进行系统评价。结果 共纳入25篇文献、47 041例老年人。老年人社会衰弱的发生率为20%,社会衰弱前期的发生率为34%。老年人社会衰弱的影响因素包括运动功能障碍(OR=2.79)、身体衰弱(OR=2.09)、低体力活动(OR=1.52)和抑郁情绪(OR=7.61)。结论 老年人社会衰弱发生率较高,社会衰弱前期的发生率更高,运动功能障碍、身体衰弱、低体力活动和抑郁情绪为其影响因素。本研究中纳入的文献异质性较高且大多数研究来自国外。因此,我国医护人员应重视老年人社会衰弱的早期筛查并开展综合干预措施,预防老年人社会衰弱的发生,从而推动健康老龄化发展。
Objective To systematically review the incidence and influencing factors of social frailty among the elderly.Methods The databases of Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,PubMed,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM were searched to retrieve literature on the incidence and influencing factors of social frailty among the elderly.The retrieval time frame was from inception to November,2021.The Stata 14.0 software was used for systematic review.Results A total of 25 articles were selected,involving 47 041 senior citizens.The incidence of social frailty among the elderly was 20%,and the incidence of early-stage social frailty was 34%.The influencing factors of social frailty among the elderly included motor dysfunction(OR=2.79),physical frailty(OR=2.09),low physical activity(OR=1.52) and depressive emotions(OR=7.61).Conclusions The incidence of social frailty among the elderly was high,with that of early-stage social frailty even higher.Motor dysfunction,physical frailty,low physical activity and depressive emotions are its influencing factors.Articles involved in this study are of high heterogeneity and most are from abroad.Therefore,medical staff in China should pay attention to the early screening of social frailty among the elderly and carry out comprehensive interventions,so as to prevent the occurrence of social frailty and promote healthy aging.
