摘要
为更好地促进城市交通规划数字化转型,提升规划编制、评估与实施水平,传统交通规划模型需要转向规划决策支持平台。总结广州市交通规划模型发展历程和转型过程中面临的挑战,认为顺应精细化、通俗化的数据服务是定量交通分析的重要发展方向。围绕交通要更好统筹满足人的美好生活、生态可持续和为城市提供新的发展动力的需求,广州市交通规划决策支持平台以WebGIS和大数据技术为支撑,开发了高效的交通地理信息数据获取、处理、分析以及可视化算法,形成多源数据融合、大数据挖掘分析、推演决策等典型支撑技术。同时,协同传统交通规划模型,构建了空间与基础设施统计分析、人口活动分析、道路交通系统运行分析、公共交通系统运行分析、多维度方案决策评估、业务分析智能化系统等六大核心功能模块,较好支撑了广州市交通规划的编制、实施和评估。
To promote the digital transformation of urban transportation planning,and improve planning compilation,evaluation and implementation,traditional transportation planning model s need to shift to planning decision support platforms.Summarizing the challenges in the development history and transformation process of the transportation planning model in Guangzhou,this paper concludes that complying with refined and generalized data services is crucial for quantitative transportation analysis.With the goal of meeting people's needs for a better life with better coordination in transportation,achieving ecological sustainability,and providing new driving force for urban development,the decision support platform for transportation planning in Guangzhou has developed efficient visualization algorithms for acquisition,processing,and analysis of traffic geographic information.The platform,supported by WebGIS and big data technology,has also formed typical support technologies such as multi-dimensional data integration,big data mining and analysis,and inference decision.In collaboration with the traditional transportation planning model,six core functional modules are developed to better compile,implement,and evaluate the transportation planning in Guangzhou.The six modules include statistical analysis of spatial and infrastructure facilities,population activity analysis,operational analysis of road traffic system,operational analysis of public transportation system,evaluation of multi-dimensional scheme,and intelligent system for business analysis.
