摘要
很多突发公共事件可能会触发网络语言暴力,对此,网民在评论区作为第三方会进行针对性回应。本研究选取疫情期间央视网微信公众号上两篇关于不应称新冠肺炎感染者为“羊”的文章的评论作为语料,探讨第三方所采用的回应策略以及所体现的道德基础。研究发现,第三方针对网络语言暴力在回应时主要采用相对礼貌和相对不礼貌策略,前者包括呼吁、建议、祝愿、同情,后者包括直接批评、间接批评、质疑、威胁。两种回应策略主要体现中华传统文化中的仁爱、尊重、平等三种道德基础。本研究将网络语言暴力、第三方回应行为与道德基础相联系,希望能为相关研究提供启示。
Many public emergencies may trigger online language violence.In response,communicators respond by commenting in online public space,acting as third parties.During the pandemic,the CCTV WeChat official account published two articles on not calling COVID-19 patients“sheep”.This study selects the comments of the two articles as the corpus,aiming at exploring strategies adopted by third parties and the moral foundations embodied in their responses.The study finds that responses are mainly divided into relatively polite and relatively impolite strategies.The former includes appeal,suggestion,wish,and sympathy,and the latter includes direct criticism,indirect criticism,questioning,and threat.The two responsive strategies mainly reflect the three moral foundations of benevolence,respect,and equality in Chinese traditional culture.The study links online language violence,third-party response and moral foundation together,hoping to provide inspiration for related research.
