摘要
以黑玉米陕K19和陕K9115为试验材料,于安徽省绩溪县、陕西省泾阳县和宁夏回族自治区银川市进行试验示范。对三地种植的黑玉米发育相关性状进行分析,旨在提出黑玉米在三个地方的长势差异以及花青素的积累差异。研究结果表明,银川市平吉堡地区光照充足、气温略低,延长了玉米的生育期,更适合花青素的积累。其穗轴花青素含量可达1.3%以上,整个植株的生物量和玉米的产量与其他地区基本无差异。结合平吉堡栽培措施情况调查,完善水肥措施和管理水平可进一步提升黑玉米产量和花青素的积累,为花青素下游加工利用提供优质、低成本的原材料。
In this study,two black maize varieties(‘Shaan K 19’and‘Shaan K 9115’)were used as experimental materials,and an experiment was conducted in Jixi County of Anhui province,Jingyang County of Shaanxi province and Yinchuan of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regions.The related traits of black corn planted in the three areas were analyzed,so as to to propose the difference in growth potential and accumulation of anthocyanins.The results showed that the Pingjipu area of Yinchuan had sufficient sunlight and slightly lower temperature,which prolonged the growth period of corn and was more suitable for the accumulation of anthocyanins.The anthocyanin content in the cob could reach more than 1.3%,and the biomass of the whole plant and the yield of corn were basically same as those in other areas.Combined with the investigation of cultivation measures in Pingjipu,improvement of the water and fertilizer measures and management level can further increase the yield of black corn and the accumulation of anthocyanins,and can provide high-quality,low-cost raw materials for the downstream processing and utilization of anthocyanins.
