摘要
传统冷凝除湿机因能耗较大发展受限,本文通过在冷凝除湿机上加装一组U型热管换热器,提高除湿机的除湿性能,达到节能目的。为验证改装效果分别进行预冷和再热实验,得到空气流经U型热管换热器的蒸发端与冷凝端温度变化的绝对值基本一致,说明U型热管换热器在能耗不变的条件下可对能量进行回收并充分利用。在这一基础上本文进行不同入口空气温度下,加装U型热管换热器前、后除湿机性能影响实验,即控制入口空气温度分别为24℃、26℃、28℃、30℃、32℃、34℃,测定改装前后除湿机的除湿量,并计算单位功率除湿量。实验结果表明,能耗不变的情况下,加装U型热管换热器后的除湿机每小时除湿量提升8%,单位功率除湿量提升7.8%。
The development of traditional condensing dehumidifiers is limited due to the large energy consumption.In this paper,a set of U-type heat pipe heat exchanger is added to the condensing dehumidifier to improve the dehumidification performance of the dehumidifier and achieve the purpose of energy saving.In order to verify the effect of the modification were carried out pre-cooling and reheating experiments,the air flow through the U-type heat pipe heat exchanger evaporation end and the condensing end of the temperature change in absolute value is basically the same,indicating that the U-type heat pipe heat exchanger can be recovered and fully utilized under the condition of constant energy consumption.In this paper,based on different inlet air temperature,the addition of U-type heat pipe heat exchanger before and after the dehumidifier performance impact experiments,that is,control the inlet air temperature of 24℃,26℃,28℃,30℃,32℃,34℃,the determination of dehumidification before and after the modification of the dehumidifier,and calculate the unit power dehumidification capacity.The experimental results show that the energy consumption remains unchanged,the dehumidifier after the addition of U-shaped heat pipe heat exchanger dehumidification capacity per hour is increased by 8%,and the unit power dehumidification capacity is increased by 7.8%.
