针对视障人群的打车出行APP设计研究

摘要 将视障人群作为研究对象,通过对国内外打车出行现状进行调查,和对视障人群本身人群特征和使用智能手机的方式进行研究,从视障用户使用打车软件的流程去发掘实际中存在的问题,最后基于上述研究提出适用于视障人群的软件设计策略。 The visually impaired people are taken as the research object,and the status quo of car travel of visually impaired users in China and abroad is investigated.Secondly,the characteristics of visually impaired people and the way that they use smart phones are studied.Moreover,the problems existing in practice are explored by observing visually impaired users using apps and completing the process of car travel.Finally,software design strategies for visually impaired people are proposed based on the above research.
