摘要
“气一元论”作为统筹中医各学科发展的主要根基,是中医学者必不可缺的重要指导思想。对它的有效阐释及深入研究亦成为揭示经络可视化研究的关键桥梁。故本文基于“气一元论”探究经络中“气”之体现,认为经络实质仍以“气”为主,但有“气本、气动、气化”之区别,在经络学理论、脉诊、经络治疗等方面中得以体现。全文旨在强调现代经络学发展应以中医思维为主,应立足于经脉中“气”为中心,并进行理论阐释,同时对“气本、气动、气化”的本质研究提供中医理论佐证和启示。
As the main foundation of integrating various subjects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),"Qi Monism"is an essential guiding principle for TCM scholars.Its effective interpretation and in-depth study have become the key bridge to reveal the visualization of meridians.Therefore,this paper explores the embodiment of"Qi"in meridian based on"Qi Monism".It is argued that the essence of meridian is still mainly"Qi",but there are differences between"essence of Qi,movement of Qi and transformation of Qi".They are embodied in the meridian theory,pulse diagnosis,acupuncture method,meridian therapy inancient and modern times,etc.The purpose of this paper is to emphasize that the development of modern meridian science should be based on TCM thinking,and should be centered on"Qi"in meridians.At the same time,it provides theoretical evidence and inspiration for the research on the essence of"essence of Qi,movement of Qi and transformation of Qi"inTCM.
