摘要
目的:分析优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1-8月深圳市宝安区中医院骨伤科一区收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预,比较两组患者髋关节功能评分、疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、并发症发生率、护理服务满意率。结果:护理后,两组患者髋关节功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者髋关节功能,降低疼痛程度,改善患者负性情绪,预防相关并发症,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality care in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:Eighty elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the Ward I,Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology,Bao'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shenzhen from January to August 2022 were selected as observation subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing interventions and the observation group was given high-quality care interventions.The hip joint function scores,pain scores,anxiety scores,depression scores,complication rates,and satisfaction rates of nursing services between the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing care,the hip joint function scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score,anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high-quality care in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture is significant.It can improve the function of the hip joint,reduce the degree of pain,improve the negative emotion of patients,prevent related complications and improve the satisfaction of patients.
