摘要
以废旧钴酸锂电池为原料,拆解分离出LiCoO_(2)正极材料,经H_(2)SO_(4)+H_(2)O_(2)浸出后,以不锈钢板为阴极电沉积得到钴基镀层。借助电化学方法,通过线性伏安测试和计时电流研究,探究不同pH值条件下LiCoO_(2)浸出液电沉积结晶行为。结果表明,Co^(2+)在不锈钢板上的沉积电位为-1.2 V,不同pH值浸出液中Co^(2+)电沉积均为一步沉积过程,钴镀层形核/生长过程符合瞬时成核模型,镀层表面光滑平整,晶粒排列致密。
The LiCoO_(2)cathode material was disassembled and separated from the waste lithium cobalt battery After H_(2)SO_(4)+H_(2)O_(2)leaching,a cobalt-based coating was obtained by electrodeposition with stainless steel plate as cathode.With electrochemical methods,the electrodeposition crystallization behavior of the LiCoO2leaching solution was investigated under different pH conditions by linear voltammetry and chronoamperometry The results show that the deposition potential of Co^(2+)on the stainless steel plate is-1.2 V.The electrodeposition of Co^(2+)in the leaching solutions with different p H values is a one-step deposition process.The nucleation growth process of the cobalt coating conforms to the instantaneous nucleation model.The surface of the coating is smooth and flat with a compact grain arrangement.
