摘要
历史城镇有机更新是当前政府加强历史城镇科学合理发展的重要任务,而旅游发展导向已成为我国许多历史城镇发展的重要类型。院落式旅游开发既能传承当地历史文化,又能回避引资难、政府投入不足、旅游市场不确定性等问题,可作为历史城镇有机更新的重要方式。在有机更新目标下,历史城镇院落式旅游开发不仅要不断挖掘城市文化基因,促进文旅深度融合,加强历史城镇旅游规划,构建差异性旅游功能区,强化院落式旅游功能,谋划历史城镇院落式旅游开发项目库,分层次、分阶段逐步推进,而且要出台相关激励政策,评估院落有机更新门槛成本,寻求旅游开发利益相关主体的平衡。
The organic renewal of historical towns is an important task for the current government to try their best to strengthen the scientific and rational development of historical towns,and in recent time the tourism development orientation has also become an important type of many historical towns in China.Courtyard-based tourism development can not only inherit the local history and culture,but also avoid some problems such as difficulty in attracting investment,insufficient government investment,and uncertainty in the tourism market.Courtyardbased tourism development has become an important way for the organic renewal of historical towns.In order to improve the development of courtyard-style tourism in historical towns,several ways are presented in the paper.First,it is necessary to focus on the planning of tourism of historical towns and form differentiated tourism functional areas.Second,assess the threshold cost of the courtyard and seek a balance between the stakeholders in the courtyard-style tourism development.Third,make a plan in detail of historical urban courtyard-style tourism development projects,and gradually promote them in stages and stages.Fourth,establish relevant incentive policies to strengthen the function of courtyardstyle tourism.Fifth,continuously create new urban cultural genes as well as strengthen the historical urban culture which can promote the deep integration of cultural tourism.
