摘要
尼龙作为一种热塑性树脂,在汽车、家电、机械等领域均有较广泛的应用,为了提升尼龙的价值,满足材料的高性能需求,需要对尼龙进行改性进而改善其某一方面的性能。本文针对尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙56、尼龙11等材料,综述了尼龙在增强改性、增韧改性、耐磨改性、阻燃改性等方面的研究和应用进展,分析与展望了尼龙改性的未来研究方向。
As a thermoplastic resin,nylon is widely used in automobiles,home appliances,machinery and other fields,in order to enhance the value of nylon and meet the high-performance needs of materials,it is necessary to modify nylon to improve its performance.In this paper,the research and application progress of nylon in reinforcement modification,toughening modification,wear resistance modification,flame retardant modification and other aspects are reviewed for nylon 6,nylon 66,nylon 56,nylon 11 and other materials,and the future research direction of nylon modification is analyzed and prospected.
