摘要
玉溪市红塔老城区以一种“不动”的方式,在城市中心保存着完整的历史街道肌理,导致了城市基础设施建设的缺失、房屋楼宇维护的遗漏以及人才流失和当地经济发展滞后等问题。如何正确应对历史街区改造,让旧的城市融入格局融入新的城市发展是文章主要解决的问题。通过对玉溪老城区现状进行详细调研和分析,从城市更新保护策略入手,提出相应的更新策略使其老城区在城市更新的洪流之中焕发出更具可持续性城市魅力和经济效益,最终为历史街区的更新改造提供新的思路和方法。
The old town of Hongta in Yuxi has been preserved in a“static”way,with the historical street fabric intact in the city centre,which has led to a lack of urban infrastructure,omissions in the maintenance of houses and buildings,as well as a brain drain and lagging local economic development.How to properly respond to the renovation of historic districts so that the old urban integration pattern can be integrated into the new urban development is the main issue addressed in this paper.Through detailed research and analysis of the current situation of Yuxi’s old city,this paper starts with urban regeneration and preservation strategies,proposes corresponding renewal strategies to make its old city glow with more sustainable urban charm and economic benefits amidst the flood of urban renewal,and ultimately provides new ideas and methods for the renewal and transformation of historic districts.
