摘要
为了改善有机粘结剂在粉末颗粒表面形成的绝缘包覆膜在热处理过程中易破损的现象,引入纳米SiO_(2)作为绝缘剂弥补这一缺陷,研究纳米SiO_(2)的添加量对磁粉芯性能的影响。结果表明:在120℃、800 MPa的温压成形条件下,随着纳米SiO_(2)的添加量增加,磁粉芯的磁导率逐渐下降;且在测试频率为50~2000 kHz范围内,磁粉芯的有效磁导率μe均具有良好的频率稳定性;在测试频率为50~400 kHz范围内,磁粉芯的磁损耗Ps和矫顽力Hc随着频率的增高而增高,且添加量越多,磁损耗和矫顽力均越低。当纳米SiO_(2)的添加量为2.0 wt%时,磁粉芯有相对较好的软磁性能。
In order to improve the phenomenon that the insulating coating formed by organic adhesive on the surface of powder particles is easy to be damaged during heat treatment,nano-SiO_(2)is introduced as insulating agent to make up for this defect,and it was studied that the effect of the amount of nano-SiO_(2)on the properties of magnetic particle core.The results show that:with the increase of Nano-SiO_(2)content,the permeability of magnetic particle core decreases gradually.Under the warm compection conditions of 120℃and 800 MPa.And the effective permeability of the magnetic particle core within the test frequency range of 50-2000 kHz all have good frequency stability.In the test frequency range of 50-400 kHz,the magnetic loss PS and coercivity Hc of the magnetic particle core increase with the increase of frequency,and the more the addition,the smaller the magnetic loss and coercivity.When the content of nano-SiO_(2)is 2.0 wt%,the magnetic particle core has better soft magnetic properties relatively.
