复合式地源热泵系统能源方案应用

摘要 以新建集中供冷供热高端住宅项目为例进行能源方案应用分析。采用类比法,根据项目周边的能源条件,对目前常用的冷热源形式进行对比分析,包括冷水机组、燃气锅炉、地源热泵、市政热力等,并根据项目需求进行组合分析。基于应用角度分析各系统的设备选型、初投资、运行费用、静态回收期,为建设方的前期项目定位提供设计思路。针对新建集中供冷供热高端住宅项目,冷水机组+市政热力系统的初投资费用最低,且运行成本较低,建议采用冷水机组+市政热力形式。受区域性质、一次能源费、市政开口费、设备采购价、地质条件等因素影响,不同项目供冷供热的最优能源方案不同,为能源方案分析提供设计思路。 Taking the current high-end residential projects with centralized cooling and heating as an example, the application analysis of energy scheme was carried out. According to the energy conditions around the project, the commonly used forms of cold and heat sources, including water chillers, gas boilers, ground source heat pumps, municipal heating, are compared and analyzed using the analogy method, and the combination analysis is conducted according to the project needs. Based on the application perspective, the equipment selection, initial investment, operating cost and static payback period of each system are analyzed, and the design ideas are provided for the early project positioning of the construction party. For current high-end residential projects with centralized cooling and heating, the initial investment cost of chiller + municipal heating system is the lowest, and the operating cost is low, and it is recommended to adopt the form of chiller + municipal heat. Affected by regional nature, primary energy cost, municipal opening cost, equipment purchase price, geological conditions and other factors, the optimal energy scheme for cooling and heating of different projects is different, which provides design ideas for energy scheme analysis.
