摘要
经过历年的城市建设,全国各城市都积累了大量的测绘地理信息数据。按照国家相关要求,2018年6月底前完成全系统各类国土资源空间数据向2000国家大地坐标系转换。本文结合实例,主要探讨县域城市存量测绘地理信息数据转换技术方案,并对转换精度进行简要的分析评价。结果表明,原有1980西安坐标系的测绘地理信息成果经转换后,数据精度基本可以满足规划和自然资源日常管理需要,具有较强的实用性和可靠性。
After years of urban construction, cities across the country have accumulated a large amount of surveying and mapping geographic information data. In accordance with relevant national requirements, the conversion of various types of land and resources spatial data of the whole system to the CGCS2000 will be completed by the end of June 2018. Combined with examples, this paper mainly discusses the technical solutions for the conversion of county-level urban stock surveying and mapping geographic information data, and briefly analyzes the transformation accuracy. The results show that after the original 1980 Xi′an coordinate system surveying and mapping geographic information results are converted, the data accuracy can basically meet the needs of planning and daily management of natural resources, and has strong practicability and reliability.
