激光再制造薄壁件控形的研究进展

摘要 激光再制造技术具有修复精度高、修复件性能优异以及可进行柔性加工等优势,可有效解决损伤零部件快速抢修的难题,满足了工程上行动快速性和携带便捷性的需求。需要修复的零件具有轻量化和结构紧凑的特点,广泛应用于工业等重要领域。目前,激光增材修复复杂薄壁件仍存在翘曲变形的瓶颈,因此翘曲变形是亟待解决的重要问题。文章综述国内外激光再制造修复薄壁件控形的相关研究进展,指出激光再制造修复薄壁件控形存在的主要问题和今后的研究方向,以期为激光再制造修复薄壁件控形研究提供指导。 Laser remanufacturing technology effectively solve the problem of quick repair of damaged parts due to its advantages of high repair precision, excellent performance of repair parts, and the possibility of flexible processing, meeting the demand for rapidity of action and ease of carrying in engineering. The parts to be repaired have the characteristics of lightweight and compact structure, and are widely used in important fields such as industry. Currently, the bottleneck of warpage deformation still exists for laser additive repair of complex thin-walled parts, so warpage deformation is an important issue that needs to be addressed urgently. In this paper, the research progress of laser remanufacturing restoration of thin-walled parts is reviewed. Besides, the main problems and future research directions of laser remanufacturing restoration of thin-walled parts are pointed out, which can provide guidance for the research of laser remanufacturing restoration of thin-walled parts.
