摘要
建立三排圆柱滚子轴承的接触力学模型,计算分析三排圆柱滚子轴承在复合载荷下的接触载荷、最大接触应力及次表面应力的分布,以便确定每列最大载荷滚子所在的位置角。研究结果表明:第一排与第二排滚子承载区域相差180°左右,且第一排滚子承载的数量多于第二排;第三排滚子承受所有径向力,其滚子的接触应力远大于第一排和第二排。因此,适当增大第三排滚子的直径,有利于延长轴承疲劳寿命。
The contact mechanics model of three row cylindrical roller bearings is established, and the distribution of the contact load, maximum contact stress and sub-surface stress of three row cylindrical roller bearings under compound load is calculated and analyzed, so as to determine the position Angle of each row of maximum load roller bearings. The results show that the bearing area of the first row and the second row of rollers differs about 180°, and the number of rollers in the first row is more than that in the second row. The third row of rollers bear all radial forces, and the contact stress of their rollers is much greater than that of the first and second rows, so the diameter of the third row of rollers should be appropriately increased to improve the bearing fatigue life.
