一种智能AGV汽车的立体焊装系统设计研究

摘要 AGV自动导航车技术是基于机电一体化技术的一种新型生产辅助设备,AGV技术可以实现对物料搬运车的自动导航、路径记忆以及路径的合理规划,最终形成一种高效快速的物料搬运模式,代替工厂中传统的人工物料搬运操作,实现工厂的自动化与智能化生产。AGV技术涉及到机械的精密加工、电气控制技术等多种现代学科技术,同时随着人工智能与深度学习技术的不断发展,AGV技术将进一步融合相应的人工智能与深度学习算法,不断优化路径规划与导航能力,通过对现代学科技术的交叉融合不断提升AGV的业务能力,使其更加契合工厂的生产活动,提升工作效率。 AGV automatic guided vehicle technology is a new type of production auxiliary equipment based on mechatronics technology. AGV technology can realize the automatic navigation, path memory and reasonable planning of the path of the material handling vehicle, and finally form an efficient and fast material handling mode, replace the traditional manual material handling operation in the factory, and realize the automation and intelligent production of the factory. AGV technology involves mechanical precision processing, electrical control technology and other modern discipline technologies. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence and deep learning technology, AGV technology will further integrate the corresponding artificial intelligence and deep learning algorithms, constantly optimize path planning and navigation capabilities, and continuously improve AGV business capabilities through the cross-integration of modern discipline technology, so that it is more in line with the production activities of the factory and improves work efficiency.
