考虑车流径路选择的分组-单组货物列车混合编组优化策略

Optimization Strategy for Mixed Formation of Multi-Block and Single-Block Freight Train Considering Wagon-Flow Route Selection

摘要 统筹考虑车流径路选择与编组方案制定,研究带路网干线大运转车流径路选择的分组-单组货物列车混合编组优化问题,构建具有2阶递进结构的模型及求解策略。在构建嵌入车流径路选择的单组列车编组优化模型基础上,以分组列车开行方案替代原单组列车开行方案所带来的车小时节省最大为目标,进一步构建基于单组列车方案组合排序的分组列车编组优化模型。求解时先通过3次更新,完成单组列车开行方案优化;再通过组合排序,分别生成合并式分组列车和衔接式分组列车的开行方案;最后利用车组唯一与车小时节省原则,筛选出最优分组列车开行方案。依托我国中部路网主通道设计实验场景,验证模型及求解策略的有效性。结果表明:考虑车流径路选择后,最优单组列车开行方案共开行17列列车,产生11 560车小时消耗;进一步优化得到的分组-单组货物列车混合编组方案能够减少1列列车,节省582.5车小时消耗。该模型及求解策略能有效求解车流径路选择下的分组-单组列车混合编组优化问题。 With comprehensive consideration of the wagon-flow route selection and the formation scheme formulation,the optimization problem of the mixed formation of multi-block and single-block freight trains with the large running wagon-flow route selection of the trunk line in railway network is studied,and the model with second-order progressive structure and its solution strategy are constructed.On the basis of constructing an optimization model for single-block train formation embedded in wagon-flow route selection,aiming at maximizing the saving of wagon-hour by replacing the original single-block train operation scheme with the multi-block train operation scheme,the optimization model for multi-block train formation based on the combination and sorting of single-block train schemes is further established.In the solution process,three updates are made to optimize the single-block train operation scheme firstly.Then,the operation schemes of union and linking multi-block trains are respectively generated through the combination and sorting.Finally,the most optimal operation scheme of multi-block train is screened out according to the principle of the train unit uniqueness and the wagon-hour saving.Relying on the designed experimental scenario of the main corridor in Chinese central railway network,the effectiveness of the model and the solution strategy is verified.The results show that the most optimal operation scheme of single-block train operates 17 trains and takes 11,560 wagon-hours after considering the wagon-flow route selection.The further optimized scheme for the mixed formation of multi-block and single-block freight trains can reduce 1 train and save 582.5 wagon-hours.The model and solution strategy can effectively solve the optimization problem for the mixed formation of multi-block and single-block trains considering wagon-flow route selection.
