摘要
结核病是给人类和动物健康造成严重影响的主要人兽共患传染病。早发现、早诊断、早干预对于有效地预防和控制结核病流行至关重要。γ干扰素是一种参与宿主抗结核感染的细胞免疫反应的细胞因子,基于其开发的γ干扰素体外释放试验可用于结核病诊断。鉴于目前酶联免疫吸附试验检测γ干扰素的方法存在诸多缺陷,例如耗时长、灵敏度低、无法区分潜伏性和活动性结核感染等,生物传感器正被尝试用于γ干扰素检测,以进一步提高诊断的灵敏性和特异性。本文归纳了将γ干扰素作为结核病生物标志物的多种检测技术,并讨论其适用范围和效果,以期为完善结核病诊断技术及开发新型诊断方法提供理论和技术参考。
Tuberculosis is a major zoonotic infectious disease with serious consequences on human and animal health.Early detection,diagnosis and intervention are crucial for effectively prevention and control of this epidemic disease.As a cytokine involved in the host's cellular immune response against tuberculosis infection,interferon-γhas been exploited in interferon-γrelease assay for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.However,given the obvious shortcomings of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)-based detection of interferon-γ,including time-consuming feature,low sensitivity,and inability to distinguish latent infection from active tuberculosis,biosensors are increasingly applied to further improve its sensitivity and specificity.By presenting an overview on tuberculosis detection techniques using interferon-γas a biomarker and discussions on their efficiency and utility,this article hopes to provide theoretical and practical sources for the future refinement of tuberculosis diagnosis methodologies.
