摘要
主要对三氯化钛还原-重铬酸钾滴定法测定铁矿石中TFe方法、原理进行了阐述,论证溶解酸、三氯化钛有效期、三氣化钛用量、三氣化钛去除,指示剂的用量及干扰的消除。用该方法与二氯化汞氧化还原反应滴定法进行分析对比,可行性及准确度、精密度均达到预期,达到满足生产现场快速、准确的要求,降低操作岗位人员的健康危害和环境污染。
The method and principle for the determination of TFe in iron ore by titanium trichloride reduction-potassium dichromate titration were described,and the dissolving acid,the period of validity of titanium trichloride,the amount of titanium trichloride,the removal of titanium trichoride,the amount of indicator and the elimination of interference were demonstrated.The feasibility,accuracy and precision of this method were compared with the titration method of mercury dichloride oxidation-reduction reaction,which met the requirements of fast and accurate production site,and reduced the health hazards and environmental pollution of operators.
