摘要
本文针对N_(31)型米轨平车伸缩式集装旋锁锁座、锁头锈蚀严重、锁座挡板变形、损坏后无更换配件、修复难度大等问题,提出将伸缩式集装箱锁闭装置改造成X_(70)型集装箱专用平车使用的固定式锁闭装置的方案,并通过仿真分析验证改造方案的可靠性和安全性。
Aiming at the problems,such as serious corrosion of lock seat and lock head,deformation of lock seat baffle,no replacement of accessories after damage and difficulty in repair for telescopic container twist lock of N_(31)meter gauge flat cars,this paper puts forward the scheme of transforming the locking device of telescopic container into the fixed locking device used in X_(70)container flat car,and verifies the reliability and safety of the transformation scheme through simulation analysis.
