摘要
高分辨血管壁成像(HR-VWI)与传统影像学技术相比,不仅可以提供动脉瘤不同时期的形态学特征,还可以较好地显示血管壁结构,且敏感性和特异性均优于传统的MR血管成像(MRA)。增强HR-VWI检查可以反映血管壁的炎性反应,评价血管壁的铁沉积情况,从而评估颅内动脉瘤的破裂风险。就HR-VWI在评估颅内动脉瘤破裂风险的研究进展进行综述。
Compared with conventional imaging techniques,high resolution vessel wall imaging(HR-VWI)can not only provides morphological features of aneurysms at different stages,but also shows a clearer structure of the vessel wall,resulting in better sensitivity and specificity compared to conventional MR angiography(MRA).Enhanced HR-VWI examination can provide insights into the inflammatory response of the vessel wall and the presence of iron deposits,and thus can assess the risk of aneurysm rupture.This article reviews the progress of research on HR-VWI in the assessing the risk of intracranial aneurysm rupture.
