摘要
为探究褐藻寡糖对茶树抗寒性的影响,以茶树品种‘福鼎大白茶’为试材,在低温胁迫下进行褐藻寡糖最适分子量范围和最适浓度试验,并以最优条件喷施茶苗,随后测定其在低温胁迫下的生理、生化及分子指标。结果表明,最适宜的褐藻寡糖分子量范围在1000~2000 Da、质量浓度为1.0%且在低温胁迫前施用效果最佳。褐藻寡糖能够缓解叶片叶绿素的降解和水分的散失,提高叶片中SOD、CAT、POD等抗氧化酶活性和可溶性糖含量,增强CsCAT、CsGluTR、CsChls、CsSPS、CsCu/Zn-SOD、CsSUS4、CsCBF、CsICE及CsCOR等基因在叶片中的表达量。
In order to explore the effect of alginate oligosaccharides on the cold resistance of tea plants,‘Fudingdabaicha’was used as the test material in this experiment.The optimum molecular weight range and optimum concentration of alginate oligosaccharides were tested under low temperature stress.The the tea seedlings were sprayed under the optimal conditions,and then the physiological,biochemical and molecular indexes were measured under low temperature stress.The results showed that the molecular weight range of alginate oligosaccharide was 1000~2000 Da,the mass concentration was 1.0%.The effect of application before low temperature stress was the best.The alginate oligosaccharide could alleviate the degradation of chlorophyll and water loss,improve the enzymatic activity of SOD,CAT,POD and soluble sugar content in tea leaves,and enhance the expression of CsCAT,CsGluTR,CsChls,CsSPS,CsCu/Zn-SOD,CsSUS4,CsCBF,CsICE,CsCOR genes in leaves.
