摘要
目的研究加味五虎汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎对患儿细胞免疫功能及血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取洪洞县中医医院2019年1月—2021年10月收治的支原体肺炎患儿64例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例)。对照组采用阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用加味五虎汤进行治疗,2组均治疗3个疗程。结果观察组治疗3个疗程后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,2组中医证候积分、血清炎性因子水平及外周血CD8+水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),2组外周血CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味五虎汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎,可有效改善患儿中医证候,提高机体细胞免疫功能,降低机体炎症反应。
Objective To study the effect of modified Wuhu decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia on cellular immune function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 64 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Hongdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2021 were divided into the control group(32 cases)and the observation group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with azithromycin dry suspension,and the observation group was treated with modified Wuhu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group after 3 courses of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,serum inflammatory factor level and peripheral blood CD8+level of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The peripheral blood CD3+and CD4+levels and CD4+/CD8+of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wuhu decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively improve the TCM syndromes,improve the body’s cellular immune function,and reduce the body’s inflammatory response.
