桥梁明挖基坑施工中桩基托换技术研究

摘要 针对桥梁施工中存在的差异性沉降,引入桥梁明挖基坑桩基托换技术,通过托换桥梁基坑开挖、防护处理、基坑托换桩、大梁施工、植筋及界面处理、体系转换、切桩、接桩及千斤顶拆除工艺,实现桥梁基坑明挖施工。通过工程实践表明:新的施工方法能够实现对差异性沉降值的有效控制。 The piling underpinning technology in open-cut pit could solve the high differential settlement value problem in the current bridge construction. Through underpinning bridge pit excavation and protection treatment;pit underpinning pile,cap and beam construction;planting reinforcement and interface treatment;system conversion;pile cutting,pile connecting and jack demolition. The practical application proves that the new construction method can effectively control the differential settlement value in practical application.
