浅谈中蒙俄东线铁路走廊建设必要性与功能定位 被引量:2

摘要 中蒙俄东线铁路走廊将锦州港与西伯利亚大铁路连接起来,增加了第一亚欧大陆桥运输的灵活性和便捷性,开辟了第一亚欧大陆桥新的支线运输通道;同时也构筑了蒙俄最近出海通道,有力支撑了中蒙俄经济走廊建设,拓展了三方合作空间,引领了泛欧亚地区经济融合发展,是“一带一路”倡议框架下中蒙俄互联互通基础设施的重要组成部分;更是为东北老工业基地注入了新的经济活力,进一步推动了沿边城镇开发开放,是蒙古国资源外运新通道以及我国能源供给通道。此外,其建设在实施我国铁路“走出去”战略,打造铁路“金名片”方面亦具有积极作用。 The China-Mongolia-Russia Eastern Railway Corridor connects Jinzhou Port with the Trans-Siberian Railway, increasing the flexibility and convenience of the First Eurasian Land Bridge’s transportation and opening up a new branch line for the First Eurasian Land Bridge transporta-tion channel. In the meantime, it builds the latest access to the sea for Mongolia and Russia, strongly supporting the construction of the China-Mon-golia-Russia Economic Corridor, expanding the space for tripartite cooperation and leading the integrated economic development through Europe and Asia. The China-Mongolia-Russia Eastern Railway Corridor is an important part of the interconnection infrastructure between China, Mongolia and Russia under the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. It injects new economic vitality into the old industrial base in northeast China and further promotes the development and opening of border towns.It is also a new channel for outbound transportation of Mongolian resource and energy supply channel in China. In addition, the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Eastern Railway Corridor is of great significance for imple-menting China’s "Go globally" strategy and building China’s railway "Golden Name Card".
