摘要
晶核型混凝土纳米早强剂是一种纳米级水化硅酸钙(C-S-H),作为水泥水化反应的主要产物,应用于硅酸盐水泥基材料可为水泥颗粒提供水化成核位点,加速水泥水化,极大地加速了其早期强度发展。为得到一种早期强度发展迅速、后期强度无倒缩的纳米早强剂,通过共沉淀反应法,采用硝酸钙和硅酸钠溶液制备C-S-H,研究了各反应条件对C-S-H粒径及其性能的影响。结果表明:钙硅比为1.5,反应温度60℃,反应时间24 h,该条件下得到C-S-H平均粒径低至180 nm,且分布均匀;通过配置混凝土发现,掺加C-S-H纳米早强剂可以将水泥水化温峰提前3 h,加速水泥水化,12 h抗压强度比可达258%,24 h抗压强度比达160%,28 d抗压强度比大于100%,性能优于相关国家标准要求。
Nano early strength agent of crystal nucdleus concrete is a kind of nano hydrated caleium silicate(C-S-H).As the main.product of cement hydraion reaction,when applied to Portland cement-based materials,it can provide hydration nucleation sites for cement particles,accelerate cement hydration and greatly accelerate the development of is early strength.In order to obtain a nano-early strength agent with rapid development of early strength and no loss of late strength,C-S-H was prepared by caleium nitrate and sodium silicate solution by co-precipitation reaction method,and the effect of each reaction ondition on the partide size and properties ofC-S-H was studied.The results shows that:the ratio of caleium to silicon was 1.5,the reaction temperature was 60 C,the reaction time was 24 h,under these conditions,the average particle size of the product was as low as 180 nm,and the distribution was uniform.By configuring concrete,it is found that the addition of C-S-H nano-strength early-strength agent can advance the hydration temperature peak of cement by 3 h,which accelerates the hydration of cement,the 12 h compressive strength ratio can reach 258%,the 24 h compressive strength ratio can reach 160%,and the 28 d compressive strength ratio is greater than 100%,and the performance is higher than the national standard requirements.
