摘要
为了提高建筑垃圾利用率和改善再生混凝土性能,以玻璃纤维再生混凝土为研究对象,研究了HEC取代水泥对玻璃纤维再生混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、比强度和保温性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃纤维再生混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度随HEC取代率的增加呈现先增强后下降趋势,当HEC取代率为50%时,再生混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度最大;玻璃纤维能够显著提高再生混凝土轻质高强性能,比强度随玻璃纤维掺量的增加呈现先增大后降低趋势,当玻璃纤维掺量为2%时,混凝土的抗压强度和比强度最大。综合表明,当HEC取代率为50%、玻璃纤维掺量为2%时,玻璃纤维再生混凝土力学性能和保温性能最好。
In order to improve the utilization rate of construction waste and improve the performance of reeycled conerete,the glass fiber recycled concrete is taken 28s the research object.The effet of HEC replacement rate on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,specifie strength and thermal insulation properties of glas fiber recycled concrete were studied.The results show that the compressive strength and slitting tensile strength of glass fiber recycled concrete increase first and then decrease with the increase of HEC replacement rate.When HEC replacement rate is 50%,the compressive strength and slilting tensile strength of recycled concrete are the largest.Glass fiber can significantly improve the lightweight and high strength properties of reyeled concrete.The specifie strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of glas fiber content.When the glass fiber content is 2%,the concrete strength is the largest.The comprehensive results show that when the HEC replacement rate is 50%and the glass fiber content is 2%,the mechanical properties of glass fiber recyecled concrete are the best.
